Permanently Delete Your Account

Compliant with Google Play & Apple App Store Account Deletion Policies and India's DPDP Act 2023.

You maintain complete autonomy over your personal data. You can delete your BusPe account, authentication credentials, saved routes, and telemetry preferences permanently at any time.

Option 1: In the App (Instant)

Open the BusPe app on your device.
Tap the Profile / Settings icon in the navigation bar.
Scroll to Account Security.
Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm.

Your authentication record, session tokens, and cloud profile are purged immediately.

Option 2: Direct Email Request

If you no longer have the app installed or prefer manual processing:

Body: Registered phone number or email address

Our Data Fiduciary processes manual requests within 48 hours and sends a final confirmation.

Data Permanently Purged Upon Deletion

Authentication credentials (email, phone, Google OAuth UID).
Saved transit lines, favorite bus stops, and commute reminders.
Crowdsourced reports and community feedback submissions.
Carbon footprint offset statistics and transit achievement badges.

Account deletion is irrevocable. Once confirmed, your records cannot be restored.
